What He/She Has Done: Jumps to water to avoid death by me
Evidence:

Other Notes: I was fishing and he tries to rob me but I punched him with pool cue and runs away, I runs to my house and change pool cue to golf club so I runs back on fishing place to kill him and i injured him few time so he starts bunnyhopping and jump to water so i cant kill him and he did this few times so i have pictures.

Player will not be punished...Why?
You aren't allowed to script, and besides. If a man tries to rob you IRL, I doubt you'll run to get a blunt object, and return to beat the hell out of him.

I wasn't scripting first, I was trying to rob him RP-ly but he just jumps to water
