What you can and can't do with a weapons license

You CAN

Purchase weapons for hunting/sport/self defense.

Keep weapons securely in your home and away from children.

Fire weapons in legal areas such as firing ranges or designated hunting areas.

You CANNOT

Carry weapons in pubic, visible to anyone.

Use weapons in illegal activities IE homicide, robberies, illegal hunting and other crimes.

Keep weapons in your car that are not secured via gun case and trigger guard.

Fire weapons in public.

What happens if I do anything above?

Your weapons license will be taken away.

You may be incarcerated.

Your weapons will be confiscated.

How do we know that you have used your weapon illegally?

Legal firearms are manufactured in a way that leave a mark on the bullet when it is fired. No two patterns look the same, If you fire your weapon or shoot someone with the weapon we can get the ballistics from the bullets which we can then trace back to your weapon and we will put a Warrant out for your arrest, as well as put a lock on your weapons license.

The different types of weapons licenses, as well as the costs and what weapons you can buy with them.
  • Level 1 Clearance: ($2500 Registration Fee) Includes usage of any semi-automatic or hammer-fired handgun and personal melee devices.

  • Level 2 Clearance: ($5000 Registration Fee) Includes usage of any weapons covered in a Level 1 Clearance in addition to: Any large melee weapon, A pump-action shotgun of any gauge, a bolt or lever rifle, a legal submachine-gun approved by the state.

  • Level 3 Clearance: (Only for Government Employees who require handling Level 3 firearms for their work) Includes usage of any weapons covered in a Level 1 or 2 Clearance in addition to: A legal assault rifle approved by the agency providing the license, or a high-powered rifle with or without scope technology.

Any firearm not mentioned in the above list is illegal at all levels of clearance. For instance, unapproved submachine guns, automatic handguns, modified or “sawn-off” shotguns, assault rifles, high-powered weapons capable of massive destruction, explosives, or any other unapproved weapons. Being caught with these weapons will result in the weapon being revoked and you being arrested and tried.

((Just a small correction. Bullets are not registered. Legal firearms are manufactured in a way that leave a mark on the bullet when it is fired. No two patterns look the same.))
