What He/She Has Done:The police officer Joseph Brixius pushed my car in to the water and destroyed it. I only told him that the fuel ended to i had to go to the fuelpump.

Can I say, its allowed by SD rules to destroy an IMPOUNDED car. Destroying it was OOC as it was RPly towed away.
