If it ain't on the SAMP download page

Meaning it isn't yet fully released.
It's better to wait until things are fully released and upgrade to them,
So just be patient.

I have the 0.3D, the beta version, it actually sucks.
It makes you crash everytime you try to log on. It logs you on after like 3 to 5 tries.

HOWEVER, If you ever logged in to something, you'll see it has a smoother gameplay, less lag and shizzle.


As much as the reason why don't we move to it now is answered.
