In this guide we are going to discuss Vampires, and how certain things effect them. Because as you know, Vampires may look and act human, but they are a race of their own kind.

Vampire Wounds

Vampires still feel pain, and can't handle too much or they will die just as humans do. Vampires feel the same sting of a bullet that any human would, and will bleed just the same. This goes for falling, fire, being stabbed, being hit, etc. The difference is that vampires heal faster. A vampire can heal the standard 9mm handgun wound in about twelve hours, or in 30 seconds if they feed. When a vampire feeds, they convert the blood to speed up cell regrowth.

Some wounds Vampires can not heal from feeding. Wounds caused by Fire, Silver, or decapitation can not be healed. Silver and Decapitation will instantly kill a vampire. Fire, if not put out, will kill them instantly. Otherwise, it will take anywhere from 1-6 days to recover.

Vampire Feeding

Vampires have altered so that they can not digest food or water. Any attempt to do so will end up with them violently vomiting up. Vampires can only take in blood, from any source: Wolf, rat, human, cow, etc. When a vampire feeds, it is not sent through the digestive system, but to their veins instead. Some of the blood is ingested daily, the rest of it is spent to give the vampire the use of their abilities. A vampire who uses too many abilities will grow hungry, and if they do not feed soon, they will die or go insane.

This does not mean vampires can not have food or drink inside of them. They can intake it, however it will be thrown up willingly or unwillingly in the next hour. Eating/drinking provides no benefit for vampires. They do not get nourished, nor quenched.

Vampire Drug Use

Vampires can still be effected by drugs. However, only those applied via the veins. Weed, for example, will never effect a vampire as it is smoked. Vampires can also find themselves under the influence if they feed from someone who just injected drugs, or has did so in the last three hours.

Unlike humans, though, vampires can not feel addiction as easily. While a human may require only a few uses, vampires will need a heavy amount in them to need it. while they may feel the effects, the necessity is harder to acquire.

This applies to drinking as well. Anyone with a high Blood Alcohol Content can cause a vampire to feel the same effects as they would drinking. Some vampires are known to keep bottles of blood from people who drank wine, and pose it off as red wine. Vampires CAN drink alchohol mixed with blood, however the alcohol itself will have to be no more than 1/4 of the content.

Vampire Fear

Vampires still think, and react as humans do. A gun scares a vampire just the same as it does a human. Vampires are not invincible, and they know this. They can not live from being pelted by bullets, and that is a fact. All vampires know this, and they also know that they must fake the fear sometimes to protect their society.

Heights, guns, blades, bombs, animals, Etc; are all examples of things that can harm a vampire, and thus would put some scare into them. However, a deal of the methods read about do not harm a vampire. Garlic, running water, holy relics, and the like have no effect on a vampire.

Vampire Disease

Like drugs, and disease that infects the bloodstream can effect a vampire. A deal of sexual diseases can effect a vampire as well. Unlike humans, though, the vampire will shed the disease away in a matter of days. A vampire, again, is not human. As the vampire uses his abilities, the tainted blood in his system will be used up, and he will no be diseased much longer.

Vampire Sex (Warning, Mature)

Spoiler:

Vampire Aging

Vampires do not age. In order to add any form of aging to them, they must spent money on plastic surgery, implants, and the like. A vampire is locked in the facial appearance he had when he was embraced. While imperfections are healed when embraced, you will always be the age you were when you became a vampire.

Vampire Bite

The fangs a vampire bears resemble canid/canine ones. The reason being is because in lore, Lucian and Caine ((The first Vampire and Werewolf)) were brothers. As such, each adapted a few traits that matched their brother's new race. Vampire's have canine like fangs, which even a professional analyst would see as most likely a wolf bite.

Extremely helpful. O:
And just to make sure, is none of this information is available ICly? Or is this well-known, general knowledge that all humans have in-game?

This should clear a good few things up for any new vampies. Some of these go for werewolves too.
Only Shin would post about the sex.
