Date And Time Of The Offense: 9:00PM [+8:00]
What He/She Has Done: DM, and also he tried to destroy my car with his truck, I didnt get any SS from that.
Evidence:

Other Notes: Just scaring him with me having an SS of him pushing my car... Try to make him admit...
As you can also see, I never really used a bullet against him.

Only thing I can see on those SSs are:

1. Aaron having low HP, either someone shot you or damaged you, etc.
2. Asking for DM fight OOCly;
3. Ramming Damir;
4. Damir shooting somewhere and something...
5. Aaron /q'ing after Damir RPly shot you.

So, first thing first.

Where did you actually get that shotgun from, Damir? And do you Aaron have any SSs or Videos of him pushing the car? Did he RPly pushed the car or just scriptly? And if RPly what's the RP reason?

Saw it too.. Apparently Damir and Aaron were talking or something..then Damir wanted an OOC Fight or Script.. Tho' I never saw Aaron agreeing. Then Damir started to shoot Aaron near death, and his car after typing one /me..

No, he did not have anu RP reason, I /q"ed cause he wad DMING me. like i said i have no SS of him pusin my car, only him DMing me
I Asked him that does he want to fight. BUT I NEVER challenged him. At That moment he already started shooting. Its like saying "So you really want to fight. Ramming him to like stop him? -.-

Then again to my main point: NOTHING WAS RPed by him. He just shoe me for no IC or OOCreason.

Imo, this is no difference with him DMing me and a hacker DMing me.

Both of them do the same thing. People say to /q when a hacker is on. . .

Scripting without OOC permission -is- DM. Tho' Damir typed only one /me.

I never said that you should be killed one thousand times but to run away from the DMer and take the SS. When hacker appears you should /q and not DM back.
