GTA SA bug, i need help

Could someone please help me? Shin or Ariel locked the other topic where i asked for help.
When i run GTA SA it says: "GTA San Andreas has stopped working."
And yes, i have tried to delete the .set file from: Documents, GTA San Andreas User Files. But nothing, and yes, i did try reinstalling my GTA SA 5 times, but nothing. Please help me. And Ariel or Shin, why did you lock the old topic? I want explanation!

I tried deleting it, nothing... could you please read the topic first? It says that i tried doing it. -.- And really Ariel, admins are supposed to be friendly with people unless, they hacked the server O_O And, i do have the rights to ask why did an admin lock/close a topic with no reason?
