Biography (Must be over 200 words): Measy was born in Los Santos, in a little and poor family. He never knew who is Mother was. He lived in the back streets of Los Santos. He witnessed much crimes done by black and white guys. When he was 19, his mother got raped and murdered in a violent way. and his father lived with him, Since then he hated all the criminals even more. He wanted to find 'em all and arrest them all. She studied the police college, and got a diploma of it. He moved from Los Santos to bone county and started to work as a Mechanic member to Help people which were The car is Stuck. But now, he thinks it is time to re-join the sheriffs department.

Why do you wish to join this faction?: My mother got raped and murdered when I was little, I lived and grew up in a ugly and crime full place. I was a witness of very much crimes, but I never could do anything. I want to rescue and protect everyone who needs it. I don't want that other children like me loose their mother or father in a terrible way. I don't want that anyone lives the same thing which I lived.
