You can see a vehicle in front of the clothing shop with a roadblock in front of the door and with a dune in front of it blocking the way. You can see a man on the top of the vehicle shouting "We don't want expensive clothes!"

*15 Minutes later, Police would have surrendered the area and trying to contact anyone inside, presuming a hostage situation. The Armoured Personell Carrier belonging to S.W.A.T. would spray it's water at any armed protester, forcing them down (Where cops would go for a license check and possibly an arrest), and if they shot at the cops, they would increase the power of the water jet, making it possible to break bones.*

*Meanwhile, S.W.A.T. would be planning a possible breach in the so-called clothes shop, even though it's a low possibility for then to possibly get a green light.*
