Date And Time Of The Offense: Didn't look at the time, but it was today.
What He/She Has Done: Well, I fired THREE shots into his back with a Glock Aka Desert Eagle. Then he /do'd the following: "/do It's the back.. it isn't that bad?" I mean, WTF. Dude, he would die within SECONDS from blood loss. They were there for about 10 minutes taking cover.
