What He/She Has Done: Refused to RP on several occasions with me, igoring my PMs and /b's to RP events and at 8:45 I was given a call about him threatening a civilian. I check the banks CCTV footage and the witness and went after him. I get out the car, RP my gun on him, tell him to get on the floor, he runs inside the building NON RPLY. Tells all these guys there's cops outside, I run in and begin shooting the suspect and then he runs back outside and gets in my car and drives off in it NON RPly.
Evidence: I don't have any SS except the chatlog.
