Roadblock System

Two simple commands have been added to the scrip:

/roadblock [1-4] - Creates a roadblock/cone.

/destroyroadblock - Removes the nearest roadblock.

NOTE: Do not forget to delete a roadblock or a cone that is not in use. Roadblocks are game objects and may cause lag.

Yeah, Dont use pointless roadblocks because their is a max amount of roadblocks that can be created. So if a major disaster occurs which needs roadblocks, you have none due to the use of them at a Animal Car Centre.
