I know its been suggested before...
But I've found a very reliable hoster for this,
That comes at a VERY low price for 20 slots.
I'd be able to pay for it myself for the first couple of months.
I also know alot about the servers themselfs,
So i'd be able to set up custom ranks etc.
The price for a 20Slot Teamspeak server.
