What is the EMS.

The EMS is meaning: Emergency Service it's a faction made by the Government of San Andreas to help injured and people in need. We are the people responding in ambulances AND firetrucks when you, or some-one else needs help.

theres not much to tell about what medics and firefighters are doing...
