Sorry to say that but x4 is based on Nortenos. One are Nortenos - red and another are Surenos - blue. So I think that this gang shouldn't be based on yellow color. It's not Latin Kings to be yellow. So I would suggest to edit it to be red. Because it's not really possible this way.

Just find a modpack that will cover vagos color and make it "Norte". I found something like this but unable to find download link - [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

OOC applying is pretty noobish if you ask me. Its the easiest way to gather members, but that's why all other gangs suck but Grove, and we only have 3 members as of now. The only people who want to join a gang are people who can either
1. Apply for it and join on the forums.
2. PM me OOCly and join instantly.
Only 4 members have joined ICly.
1 was OOCly put in
That number could be two if you count me creating it,OOCly joining.

But back on topic... Any "faction" will always have OOC applications, no matter what they are, because they can't handle the serious roleplay it actually takes to find someone in game and trust them ICly and OOCly to let them in. There's no use fighting it because they will always do it.
