i mean the weapon license thing is good but people should be apple to get weapons without
licenses , i mean irl ganster dont have licenses for weapons but they have some to so.
also support the idea with the black market , there could be a job "weapon dealer" or "material dealer" who transport materials or weapons to the black markert etc and people can buy from there , or a weapon dealer buy materials from there and create the weapon and sells them or something like this

The Black Market need to be scripted so that there will be many of Side Job . Also , I was going to make a Well Stack Pizza Delivery Services Business . I will RP it and I will wait until it'll be scripted .

IN the US (Or at least my experience with the northern state)... People sell assault rifles out of their SUV boots... Even in oz.. Unlicensed weapons are not that hard to get and don't need a black market faction (Because its not named that)

We don't make Black Market as a faction (who's stupid enough to do that ?) , we just RP it and it can be used as a Side Job for Arms/Weapons Dealer .

A Black Market map is already done by me.
It consists on a small room full of boxes with a table and 2 chairs and other minor objects,not too large because a large room/building left "officially" abandoned would attract police or FBI attention IRL,besides we're playing in a country town,so no need to make huge things.
I'm not sure how this is going to work it but I already know that Rudy is working on it,so give him time to script the whole thing.
