Wilhelms EMS skin..

Wilhelms Off duty skin: 272, Unmodded.
On EMS duty. Greenshirt EMS. (SFEMT.dff and .txd)
EMS duty Vehicle: Brute Medic One Ambulance
(ELM SYNCED)

these replace all 3 of the medic guys... Just think Gta IV Medics. yes, Ported. And Converted. they dont lag..
