Suggestion for club/bar at Dillimore

Just a new bar at Dillimore, where people can chill drink etc ( Dillimore dont have any bar/club).
Also a good place for bikers.

There should not be a enter fee,the bar should not be owned by a person (if possible)(if not then by an admin )

2. Good interior
3. Can get easily get ambush by cops (cops can freeze everyone and check them if they have drugs , prostitute , weapons without licences , etc .)
3. Could be a great hangout places for street biker .
