New/Improved Walkie Talkie suggestion

Okay,we all need/want walkie talkies. All it does is offer an easier way to communicate with larger groups of people. If it were priced at,say $1,000 and did not disappear upon logging out. It would be very fair and be very useful. There could be,oh maybe 100 channels. To pick a channel you would do

/channel [1-100]
To talk in that channel you would use the cmd
/(W)alkie(T)alkie

For example
/wt Everyone meet at the bank.
On someone's screen who is in your channel it would come up as "[Walkie Talkie] Male/Female_XXX_XXXX:Everyone meet at the bank."

There should also be a command to give your walkie talkie to someone who can not afford it or can not run to the store and buy one at that second so...
/givewt [Player Name/ID]

Also you should be able to turn your walkie talkie off, so you don't have to listen to other people.

When talking,you appear as your mask idea over the radio to listeners(Idea by Constipator)

However, it should display your name as your mask id.
