When applying for both the EMS or the SD, it says "Race", doesnt means if human or werewolf, it means "Asian, Caucasian, black , white, pokemon, dinosaur"

Yeah it, does, as humans doesn't know about vamp/werew existence IC, and that place of application IS IC.

For FUCK'S sake.... EVERY person will RPLY write down what he WANTS... If he RPLY wants to write down HUMAN, or POKEMON .. or whatever lame name joke you got there...
SO BASICALLY, if I READ this and instead of writing down " I am vampire ha ha", I write "white" ONLY BECAUSE I read this OOCLY I would METAGAME.
Therefore, making this is useless.

Jesus Christ, if you apply and write down werewolf, or vampire you will either get denied for being a smartass or denied because the person taking applications knows about werewolves and vampires and will not want you in the faction.
I.E: A vampire chief in the SD will surely not hire someone who puts "werewolf" for their race.
A human chief that is unaware of their existence will not hire someone if they put "vampire" or "werewolf" down because he will think they are dumb assess, or some random insane person.

Because he needs attention. If a huge ass cat signature doesn't give him attention he needs a big ass font. XD
