Race Changes.
Now, most of you know that if you have been selected by the application you sent in to become either a werewolf or a vampire, it's because you're RP skills are considered decent. And to the old vampires, who registered before the application system this message is for you too.
We, are seeing too much OOC action when there are little or no players, and sometimes even when there are a decent amount. This makes us look bad, and you may think "Geez... we can have some time off I mean we aren't doing anything bad..." No, it is still OOC action without permission.
Now, for the vampires and werewolves that have been selected by their RP skills and the old register system, if we catch any of you mucking around, OOC punishments of racechange to human will be made. This means your character starts over, no memories, nothing. But you keep your name.
And for the humans, who are mucking around, penalties will also occur even though you can't get your race changed to something else.
