The Fishing Pier gets repaired.

You see something unusual at the pier and decide to check it out.
You see a construction scene with one worker and a Atilliary Facilities utility truck and two signs with:
"USE OTHER PIER FOR FISHING TEMPORARILY. WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY CONVIENIANCE."

The next day you see that the pier is fixed and has been repainted and there are no broken supports, and it is not crooked anymore.
((ICly it will eventually snap back to it's normal shape though...))
