I've seen many people shooting a Uzi or a Colt 45 while running in circles or people running around to avoid taser, im suggesting that someone enforces this rule.

Everyone runs from taser and chicken runs while shooting UZIs....

SOMEONE ENFORCE THIS RULE.

I agree, before I seen someone chicken running zig zagging to avoid getting tazed.

True, this is a non-rp thing that lots of people do. I actually support this to be enforced, but there should be a slight "freedom" in this, what I mean by that is that if a player decided to do that, he would have to RP it but not constantly. And yes, if they do it non-rply reporting them is an option.
