When hiring new people or looking at their Applications, put them on hold, and start an ICly ,and IG if possible, background check on the applicant, i'm saying this because EMS hires people like Robert Jones, Thomas Rollington (Who ragequitted in front of Victor, Mia and yours truely) and maybe....Cesar Rivarez....

That's true, and I hope they'll do a background check in the future, But... it's kinda their choice.
