A member of the Lasombra/Inquisition/Fegarri can join LEGAL factions like SD or EMS? Is it possible to be in 2 factions at the same time?

Yes it is, but you need to spend time on the faction itself too. But high ranks/ leaders should be scriptly in the official faction to offer support in faction chat, or invite members of different gmts.

It is better to not do so if you're not very active though because each faction will need members for its roleplay. Also you become an unofficial member as you are not officialy invited to a faction like the ones you mention because you need to be scriptly in SD or EMS to go on duty. Scriptly you cannot be in two factions. But I don't know how it works for Lasombra and Inquisition but I think its the same.
