Upgrading your server to 0.3c

I was just gonna tell you all that 0.3c is out.
Please update so I can play in your server again.

theres a license plate system too
that will be an good improvement for the server!

and what about the drive-by (passenger) with minigun??

For now jsut do what I do. Keep two versions of instalation on your pc, and switch when necessary. Go piss, or read a book while it changes version. Its not THAT hard.
