Well here is my suggestion:

Server helpers:Players that show new players around.Give them a tour around show the new people what there is to do.Maybe a jail command but that's not required.Because most of the new players ask for help.I even showed a guy around today.So some people may like it otheres not.Just tell me what you think.

You mean game master. That's not a bad idea since some have the patience to teach RP to new players.

Not only can you help them OOCly. But you can do it Icly. I used to pick up clowns and show them around Icly

It would be a waste of time to implement something like this hence we aleardy have a bunch of lvl 1 admins wich actually take care of the non-rpers.I usually tend to jail them and explain them in /pm everything they need to know, afterwards unjail them...

If and when we get a bigger player base, we'll implement testers or moderators, but for now, we have enough admins to handle things like that.

It is actually the job of an admin, regardless of level to help new people out if they ask.
