A few suggestions

I see this server could use quite a few things , possibly so im naming them here

1: A trunk system , you can put guns and such in there , bloodpacks , drugs etc
2. That cars dont despawn when u log off or crash (they will despawn after 10 mins)
3 That you can spawn 2 vehicles at 1 time ,because its annoying that you have to despawn ur car etc to spawn your boat.
4.When a player dies with a gun , the gun drops on the ground and another player can /pickgun and take it.

I hope at least the 1st one gets accepted ^^

2. Only rentals despawns, bought cars not. And no sense to keep them spawned, would cause lag.
3. Not needed. And would cause lag.
4. That would be scripted, but it needs a lot effort to script it.

2 The bought cars despawn as well , 3 is needed a lot , at least for some people

3. Just despawn your car, simply one command. Then spawn your boat.
