I disagree. Not everyone has the same type of lock, for example, Elizabeth's old Walton has a old fashioned lock on both sides, while Atilliary Facilities have a electronic keycard lock system. If a person wants to do it he must RP it with the other persons permission. or it just wont be worth while.
Also, you took this idea from other roleplay servers.

Agree with Nicolas i mean you could go on hotwiring all cars which in NON-RP as one or more people would call the cops and if you dump it people will have to pay for the repairs endlessly untill their broke.I surely disagree

For this to work the lock picks need to be like 20k that will stop idiots buying it

Or like 1k and they break after ever use

You could also script it so you actually don't always unlock the door 100% of the time so if you fail you loose the lock pick.

Other than that i disagree we have enogh PG on server without people constantly robbing the police cruiser and civi vehicles.
