New Person in Palomino (Dermit Vercitti)

You will see a new person walking the streets of Palomino Creek with a name over his head called Dermit Vercitti.
Dermit Vercitti is 21 Years old and has moved from his hometown in Vice city,living with his cousin Tommy Vercitti.
Dermit Looks alot like a twin of Tommy Vercitti from GTA VC but is nothing like him.
