You don't need an admin's permission to create the faction however you may need some of these things.

- A good story for your faction.
- Include what your faction does/will do.
- Community support for the faction.
- Non MG/PG abilities*
- A way to link your faction to Red County

*: Meaning, As members join. They will not inherit specific traits because they are in that specific faction.
