Every time I go to the forums I don't see our chat-box at all... is there something wrong or anything?

Might be something with your browser. Are you using Chrome? If so, try Mozilla. I can't find the "New thread" buttons on Chrome, and other bugs, so I use Mozilla when I browse the forums.

Im on Mozilla and it doesnt work still.
