Extra Learning Points.

I'm a level 18 Human with all gun skills to the max, i was thinking that ALL the races that have Max skills and have extra useless /learn points should change those points for stuff.
Such as Money , weapon slots for houses, car slots and other stuff.

Yes maybe you could have a option to upgrade to have more strength for humans.. or more money in payday ..you know? they could have possibly more stamina to run longer. Yes i support this

I think you should be able to add more points to the Colt/Uzi/Tec9 when everything is fully upgraded. 2/3 more points to each will get you dual weilding one?
