Non Rp house rents

Okay this all started when I got a house. My friends wanted to rent a room at my house so I decided to /setrentable /rentfee 99. And I'm getting sick of people/newbies just doing /rentroom without any RP at all... they just /rentroom to strangers houses. It would be practically MG. Then one day you /checkweapons then someone just rented your house so they could /takeweapon.
Why not just add /houseinvite to let the person rent your house and /housekick to kick out your house and /houselist to see people you have invited in your house. I'm just getting tired of people doing this all the time......

It's a good suggestion, houses should be able to be shared, or at least for the renting to need an /accept or /decline in case another person tries to rent.

And houses should have "Rent Spaces" , depends on how many rooms with beds the house currently has.

I'm not setting /rentable at all due to random people renting my house and taking weapons which are RPly hidden by typing /takweapon...
