*As you look through the CCTV's you'll see a brawl between two bikers and two guys at the Asylum's parking lot, one of them shows description of George Foxwell laying down knocked out on the sidewalk and another biker who is a description of Ray Foxwell also knocked out near the vending machine.
You can see Alexis Vaughn taking his wallet and searches for money in it, while having a gun unholstered.
You can also see Alexis Vaughn dragging Ray Foxwell to an Admiral with the help of Romeo Kovacs and putting him in the trunk.
From there everyone gets separated from the area and resume their actions and the Admiral drives away*.
