Impounding cars

Im not sure how hard this would be to script but a simple command that lets us take people vehicles until they pay to have them realsed. it is all very well rping taking them but people know if they dont pay and just wait for us or them to logg of they get it back free, its very hard to prove someone non rping when they claim that have to go. i mean a simple compand /impoundcar would be great it could just change the woner of the car to SD or something until they pay at wich point it is realsed back to the player.


or a even simplar way would let the police oocly destroy the vehicle so that the 3 day repair time is the alloted impound time and the repair cost is there fine all that way would need is SMT approval.
