Maybe you need to stop downloading porn...
Maybe a wrong download? Check your "Recent Downloads", scan EVERY file there, or maybe your computer is fried.

Skin mod? Script mod? Gameplay mod?
Most of the times, my GTA SA or the computer get fucked up by some script mod, such as the Outfit mod or the Parkour mod.
Try to re-install your SA and SAMP.

Re: Might be inactive... *DAMNNIT
hopefully, McAfee will pick it up, most likely it will.
We're talking about the anti virus program that won't even let some people use MTA, because it 'hacks' into the GTA SA userfiles.

Change your passwords on a separate computer. . . .
Otherwise, Use any old Anti-Virus that you pay for!

Do a system restore, Or a factory reset. It'll get rid of all the crap that you might have, For instance, virus' that are secretly at work etc.

I'd have to agree with Kyol, When I had a virus which fucked up my computer I pressed F8 when it loaded up and system restored, then doing a immediate scan after. It worked

If you can't access anything, can't you boot your computer up in safe mode or something? Anyway, reinstalling and shit maybe the best option you've got.

Okay! After KILLING the defender.exe in the TASK manager,,, After restarting.. It took SO LONG to start up that I had time to End the task, And Install Malwarebytes. After I did that. It TORE UP and DESTROYED it. All in all, 4 files. Just 4.
Then i scanned it with AVG, Uninstalled after, Installed Symantec, Scanned, Uninstalled. THEN reinstalled McAfee and scanned.
All Showed Nothing.
Meaning Im back. And A-Okay.
PS: Virus=Slow. Me=Fast. WIN
