Offending someone, looking for trouble, starting conflicts will now get you punished. No more bad attitudes towards players either, respect other players.

Also using an expired license, faction license withou permission will get you punished. Buying weapons from people who do not have a valid license will also get you punished and you will have to drop the weapons without a refund.

We are now more strict.

If we would want gun dealers to be severely punished I would suggest rising the time, I'll take Solarin for example (aint attackin bud, just example), he sits 2 ooc hours, while IC its 2 years, for his crime, the total penalty would be around 10 if not 15 years (I'm not sure of USA policy). So if you'd like gun dealers off the streets I suggest capping the jail time harder, punishing them ICly more, not only would they lose all their cash which should be frisked icly, but also their time.

I've seen loads of ads : 'Selling toy m4', I've helped cops deal with one gun dealer, cops alone cannot do shit, no offense, but they just don't rock 'enough'. Putting more time increases fear of not-playing, and would put scare into dealers.

There are some people on the server, called ''idiots''. They keep running into house, /checkweapon, /takeweapon, and /ad for selling it. i think thats what he means under ''non-rp''

Moriarty you don't seem to understand. People use their expired licenses, faction weapon license or find weapons by other non-rp means. This is not related to the RP trade at all. You need to oocly check the person has a license or has got his weapon from someone with a license, or that has gotten the weapon rply before, with proof before buying or selling them. This has nothing to do with IC. People abuse the script to get their weapons oocly and use them icly.
