OOC Story

Born under the wings of a Mafia Family, Xavier Kakolav the third has been broughten into a world of Chaos in confusion. Living under his dad,Igor Kakolav rich and powerful Don who has controll over one third of Russia. Xavier was almost as normal as any child accept for the fact his family was living off of illegal extortion money. As Xavier grew older he was fond of his fathers business always sticking his nose into things at the age of twelve. During that time he would always ask his dad if he can come along everytime his father would go out with men he would never know or understand. His father would always deny him as for Xavier's saftey would always be on the line. Then one day Xavier snuck in the back of his fathers Limo and he wished he had never came with him. When Xavier thought they had stopped he looked out the window being Mr. Peeping Tom.

While he was looking out the window he seen his father standing across other men with briefcases. Xavier laughed in the Limo as he thought it looked like a movie untill he seen a man pull out a gun and shoot his father right in the head. Ten minutes later after five minutes of gun shooting the police arrived and dealt with the scene. An Officer looked into the limo for further inspection and found Xavier in the back Crying in feedle position hoping it would all go away. The earth moved on and so did Xavier's life, being eighteen and going to college was something he had always wanted to do. Xavier was happy as he was still rich from his fathers business and had a beautiful girlfriend he would soon hope to marry. Thats where he thought wrong, Xavier took his girlfriend out on the night of his suppose perfect proposal.

After they had dinner, he asked her hand in marriage then took her to his house and you know what went from there. As they were in a love knot caressing each other, Xavier felt a sharp pain on the side of his neck. Feeling the life get sucked out of him he held onto what ever he could grab at the time which was his bed at that time. He held onto the bed for only ten seconds as he loses conciousness from the loss of to much blood. Xavier woke up the next morning feeling a slight of a headech and feeling like he needed to puke.

Two years have passed and Xavier has learn a lot about what he has become. He has ran into fellow Kindred's and learned where to better his abilities. He herd of a town Palamino Creek and has decided to move there to meet other Kindred's. Being in the City for two weeks he has seen other Kindred's do things Xavier disaproves to. He seen far to much and has decided to put a stop to it with the help of some fellow Kindred's. They often feed off other Kindred's from other clans who abuses there power and uses there ability for worse with the occasional all the time human buffet. They call themselves the Night Watchers as they creep through the night and watch over the un-procted. With the power running through Xavier's veins he hungers for more power and went searching for it.

That is when he met a great friend named Ronaldo Cortez.Learning who he was they both came to agree to bring themselves power and fortune. Striking terror with the power from the Assamite they will make sure there Beliefs are strucked into the hearts of other Clans.

No other clan has earned such a deserved reputation for diablerie
(cannibalism among vampires). They are known for selling their murderous services to other Kindred, acting as contract killers. According to the Assamites own teachings, they drink the blood of other Kindred on the command of their founder, in an attempt to purify their own taint So dreaded were the Assamites that, during the nights of clan wars, the Tremere cursed them, making them unable to drink the blood of other Kindred. However, the Assamites have recently thrown off this curse, and so they hunt other Kindred for their blood once more.

RANKS

Ancient - Founder of the Clan and Leader.
Elder - Members who has knowledge of all information of the clan and has the power to remove anyone who has disobeyed direct order from higher members or breaks the clans rules.
The Council- High ranked members who speak about and watch lower ranks on how they progress on there abilities and how well or bad they use them.
Noble - Trusted members who are now able to attend council meetings and teach the younger ones how to use there abilities properly.
Death Dealers - Young members who has went trough training for bettering there skills and learning how to use them.
Fledglings - Young members who are new to the clan and will be watched over by the council and elders who will provide great information and teach them.

IC RULES

1)Do not break any rules or you will face sever consequences.
2)Respect your clan elders which are higher ranks then you.
3)Do not feed in public or any open area with other people around who can see you.
4)Always help your fellow clan if they need it as they are the ones who will help you in the future.
5)Never tell anyone your a vampire or be suspicious around humans.
6)If told by a different Clan on what to do ignore them and speak with the Nobles and high ranks first and tell us what they said.
7)Never abuse your powers to rob anyone kill anyone for the enjoyance of your own torture techniques and never use your powers to take revenge on humans.
8 ) If your in broad day light don't forget people can see you in the open. If you have to kill someone use a gun its better to let them know you shot them instead of ripping the person with your claws and letting them know your a vampire.

If you disobey IC rules,we find out IC and you went over the limit of free passes. You will either get removed from our clan by a horrible death from our clan or we will disown you as no longer our brethren. If you disobey ooc rules you will be removed ooc'ly from clan.

OOC RULES

1)Obey all server rules.
2)Role play to your best ability.
3)Do not ever mess around ooc'ly and shoot at one another.
4)If you are going to mess around ooc'ly do it inside of a house where there isn't anyone who isn't playing with you.
5)Last but not least Enjoy the faction and have fun.

How to Apply!
You wont be able to if your a Human, we also will find you leave a comment at the bottom with a IG name and we will know who to watch IC'ly. You will know when your accepted when I ask to speak to you directly alone.

Keeping members is only for me,elders and nobles to know they will get a forum pm of the list this prevents people from metagaming and dm'ing the group if someone from the clan atks someone.
