Are we allowed to use ELM, Emergency Light Mod? As a Regular Person for the indicators and Hazard Lights?

Or Use it in General?

I'm pretty sure that the ELM is only for government factions,like EMS and RCSD...
I believe that you get ajailed if you use ELM as civilian...

Uhm... No i don't mean the Emergency lights part. Only talking about the Indicators. << and >>

And the Hazard lights.

I wouldn't use the Police/EMS/Fire lights part.

As long as you dont use the ELS Part of the ELM, Its fine.
