When you wanna shoot the shit out of someone for an IC reason, shoot him until his HP doesn't goes under 25...
When its under 25, the d00dle gotta do /fall or some other anims and RP to rp wounds.

Also heard something, like: If a certain person Refuses to Roleplay, the attacker/shooter is eligible to auto Script Attack the player. (Heard it from 2 Admins)

If he has a good reason + the person refuses to roleplay as in running away not giving you time to write up a /me.
