Dear, Sheriff.

I am here to inform you that one of the officers... described as **Andre Campbell** has been misusing a megaphone, screaming into it telling people to move... or watch out..

In conclusion, I'd like you to deal with this as soon as possible, as this could affect the Department in various ways.
