If someone doesn't have the patience to sit and read the topic through, how can we know that they will use their weapons license correctly and follow the rules listed in the thread? If they don't put in the bit of effort into making their topic follow the very simple format, how can we know they will bother to RP properly? It might seem silly, but it's called keeping a standard and maintaining a level of quality in those with weapons licenses.

There are too many weapons licenses hanging around now. Once again, everyone is armed to the teeth. And these are people who can't even title a topic properly or follow a basic instruction in a format.
