What happened?: My Uranus is bugged.

Vehicle Bugged Sa-mp-49

What do you need to be refunded?: $3350 and $5000 for the tune.
Other Note: I will buy a new Uranus after being refunded.

I did and it came bugging again. Also, this is few days ago and now the bugged is fixed.

It happens few days ago, Niklaus already despawn all vehicle and it works. When I logged in again the bug still there, so Outcast suggested me to scrap it and ask the admin for a refund.
