Well,pretty easy this time,no need to explain it...
If you own a vehicle and want to make it accessible 24/7 to another peorson you should do something like /givekey [ID]
Surely the owner will be the only one able to sell it or change the color and the parking place,but the one who has been granted the key has the chance to spawn it and use it,despawning it too...

What if:
The owner and another keyholder are both online.Keyholder(2) is driving the car,The owner logs off,would the car despawn?
Suggestion for this is:To log off and despawn the vehicle,you must be the closest to it,or be driving it(if they are both in the car at the same time and the passenger crashes or times out)
