RP attempts with the /coin

The /coin command gives you a opportunity to keep up with the RP when there's a RP attempt going on between two players.
And the /coin command is mostly useful when those 2 players can't find an agreement on how to procede.

/coin gives you a 50-50 of the possibilities on a your S (succed)or a your F (fail).

The strings that come out after using the commands are:

*Alessandro Farinetti flips a coin and lands it on Head.*
*Alessandro Farinetti flips a coin and lands it on Tail.*

The player who must use the /coin command is the one who is attempting the action toward another player.
To make things clear, Head of the coin will be SUCCED and the Tail will be a FAIL of the player who is attempting the action toward another one.
