Vampire Embrace Update

Seems I have to make this clear.
Before you may use /vampireembrace, you need to get permission from an Inquisition member ICly, Humans can not ask, vampires have to contact us using the Inquisition forum. No more OOC /vampireembrace's, or I will reset your race to human.
Any IC use of /vampireembrace without Inquisition permission WILL result in a Character CK, and the embrace'd being set back to human.
Too many Vampires on the server, so yes I'm going to crack down on the ability, or we will remove it all together and only give it to select people.
I also remind you, all new players are humans, so if I see anything otherwise, I will crack down on this even harder.

Agree'd... To much vamps in the server. Humans being over-runned, nah! Im gonna crush your heads vampires!

Actually I think a +15 lvl vampire can embrace.
I know that there aren't players with that level except Rudy,but with the time a player who is a vampire will reach that "score" and in the mean time new people that join will be humans for sure!
Could be an idea...

How about we make the /vampireembrace command available only to those who have mastered the Vampire Bite Ability?

Well, that might be good since everyone are using only ONE learn point for /vampirebite.

Edward just learned Vampire Bite Rank 5 today , I didn't use it yet . But I will use it for good purpose . Plus , before I embrace someone I will make sure that I ask the Iquistion permission first .
