/S(HOUT) Suggestion

I noticed when you use /s(hout) that you only get text.
I thought that you should add '!!' on the end, automatically implanted after the input.
That would help recognize /s from normal chat, which brings me to my second... point.
Changing the color of /s. Like into light blue or something like that.

You'll see when some one shout i'll say Raphael R... shouts: [text] and also /s has a further radius so I don't think that the exclamation marks are needed and also the font.

I think exclamation marks should be added though, so we don't have to put them ourselves every time...

Well you'll see 'shout' at the end of the person's name; meaning that the person is shouting.
