Many people go around with stuff like "Cutting head off" or "Ripping the heart out".

People needs to make REALISTIC wounds, like a small cut, or a snapped finger, because in real life you don't recover or heal from your head being chopped off or your heart being eaten by a wolf.

USE REALISTIC ATTACKS! and vampires, don't use abilities when there's 3 or more civilians watching the scene, they will know that you're one.

Besides vampire rule 14 also applies for werewolves if I'm not wrong (I was told by an admin). Which means neither vampires or werewolves are permitted to use any powers in public if they don't have a really good reason. I've seen a couple of wolves just showing off in public.

I'm saying this because some people just /me attempts to chop John_Doe's head off.

Seriously? In real life you don't get your head back and survive after that.

ONLY USE THESE TYPE OF KILLS IF THE OTHER PERSON AGREES FOR A CK.

Change PK to Powerkill, chopping heads or ripping hearts out wont allow you to revive magically.

It's a player kill, has always existed in RP at least in SA-MP. Live with it, on other hand you can discuss how you actually get killed by the /me's...

You guys missed the point, what he is saying is that it is non rp for you to rip off someones head every single fight that you get into. Also it is power gaming to go directly into attempting to snap their neck or rip off their heads because you dont give any room for rp. You attempt to snap my neck, I say fail. I attempt to push you away, you succeed or fail and go right back into trying to snap my neck. Its like they are just spamming their trump card over and over. Every single time it comes back to them to propose a /do they go directly to trying to snap your neck.
