Fact is, if you spent more time rping before accepting him in, he would have known the things about the gang he didnt like and you would have known the things about him that you didnt like. Talking about it IC does not automatically mean you dont have a freaking metagaming gang. It should take weeks even months for someone to rp there way into a gang, not one random afternoon of conversating.
